Mindfulness & Compassionate Stress Reduction in the Workplace

(60 Minute Interactive Workshop + 15 minutes for Q & A)

Mindfulness is everywhere nowadays, but how does it apply to the workplace? In this workshop, Cole will demystify and simplify mindfulness, meditation, and realistic daily self-regulation (stress reduction) practices so that they apply to your unique workplace. Taking from current mental health research, age-old eastern traditions, and over a decade of experience, this workshop is designed to foster an environment of peer support, personal empowerment, and overall positive outcomes in employee performance and organizational esteem. 


Mini Reiki Break(s)

(15 Minute Treatments - During the Workday)

Reiki is Japanese for "Universal Lifeforce Energy." In a Reiki Session, a practitioner uses gentle hand placements on the body to help ease stress, Relax the Body, and assist clients into a meditative state to catalyze the natural healing and self-regulation process.


Group Guided Meditation

(45 minutes + 15 minutes for Q&A)

Allow yourself to be taken on a relaxing journey to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Cole will assist you through mindful breathwork, soothing visualization, and subtle energetic restoration techniques for deeper body awareness, mental clarity, and a sense of overall wellbeing. During this session, participants will receive distance Reiki. 

This guided meditation offering will occur while participants either sit in comfortable chairs or are seated/laying down on a yoga mat. 


Yin/Restorative Yoga with Optional Reiki Assists

(75 Minutes for larger groups, 1 hour for smaller groups)

Restorative Yoga is a deeply meditative and restful practice that expertly weaves energy healing into restorative yoga. Through supported variations of ancient sacred shapes (asanas), students receive hands-on or distance Reiki, allowing their body to deeply relax, releasing stress and tension while promoting the body’s natural ability to heal.

About Cole

Over the last decade as a Yoga Reiki & Mindfulness Instructor in NYC & Philadelphia, Cole Hooley has worked with her clients to co-create a deeper connection to their bodies, nature, and the environment to encourage holistic well-being on an individual and communal level. Through her offerings, she aims to create a more natural and common-sense approach to promoting mental, emotional, and physical health by integrating nature, holistic practices, and research-based strategies. Her sessions have been called "an hour of unconditional love."

She is currently an M.S.Ed Candidate in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania, where she serves as a Liaison for the Project for Mental Health and Optimal Development. Cole is an E-RYT 500, RPYT 85, and Continued Education Provider through the Yoga Alliance. She is also a Reiki Master, and the founder of Glowing Heart Center, a Wellness Collective.
