Learn how to adjust your practice to best honor your menstrual cycle for optimal well-being and creative flow.

This 45-minute introductory workshop is for menstruating individuals who want to learn how to modify their yoga, exercise, and self-care practices to support a healthy relationship with their womb. This workshop will address common difficulties around menses, like cramps, missed periods, fertility, heavy bleeding, premenstrual syndrome, and early menopause. Cole will review essential modifications and supportive postures to incorporate during menses and present the framework for her upcoming Lunar Magic Yoga Series. This workshop and the subject matter are not a substitute for medical advice; please consult your doctor for any serious concerns regarding your menstruation.

TW: Please be advised that though a trauma-informed approach will be used, this workshop will be conducted while upholding a "brave space" and that ALL participants are welcome to discuss their experiences openly, no matter how they identify. That said, this workshop is reserved for menstruating individuals.
